Returns & Refunds

At Veda Waters, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges easy. You can exchange any product or gift that you're not satisfied with—for any reason. We'll gladly help you find something that better suits your needs. If you'd prefer a refund instead, simply ship the product back to us with the receipt.
Please note that we cannot accept shipped returns without prior authorization through Customer Care, so be sure to contact us via call or live chat first. Any refund or exchange will not include or cover the cost of return shipping.
For refunds, the original payment method is required. If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued to a gift card.
Online Orders
Please contact Customer Care to process your return for items purchased online. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, discontinued, or a seasonal/limited-edition product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
